Is it really free?
Yes. The core experience — creating unlimited meetups, painting your free time, seeing the overlap, basic templates and configurations — is free forever. No accounts required, no card on file. Casual use never costs anything.
How does the calendar work?
Create a meetup, share the link, and everyone paints the times that work for them. The overlap fills in live as people respond — no back-and-forth, no spreadsheets. Pick a slot, send the invite, done.
What's the difference between Free and the paid plans?
Free is for casual coordination — quick coffees, weekend hangouts, group dinners. Everyone sees everyone's timing, inactive meetups are archived after a month, and there's no calendar sync. Paid plans add Google and Microsoft Calendar sync, privacy and visibility controls, password protection, advanced templates and configurations, priority support, and keep your meetups forever — for people scheduling professionally.
Is the monthly plan refundable?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. The plan is intentionally short — month to month — so you can cancel anytime and you only ever commit to the current period. Because of that, we don't issue partial refunds for unused time.
How does Lifetime access work?
Pay once and you keep every paid feature, forever. That includes future premium features we ship to the Monthly tier — Lifetime members get them automatically. No subscriptions, no renewals, no surprises.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page and you'll keep paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your meetups stay intact — you just drop back to the Free tier limits.
Do I need an account to use it?
Only if you're the one creating the meetup or buying a paid plan. Guests painting their availability never need an account — they click the link and start painting.
